The Past Few Months!! Remember I'm new at this

Ok, so as previously stated, I'm not the best at this but hopefully I will be posting a little bit more frequently than this. So here goes. Michael is loving life these days. He is talking better and better every day and turning into quite a handsome young man. He still loves superheroes and changes back and forth everyday from loving Buzz light-year, Batman, Superman, or Mickey Mouse. We did conquer the potty training well. He does prefer just to pee outside standing up which is quite funny. I think he loves being able to watch his own pee. He learned how to pee pee on potty really quickly, however the poop took a while and a few laxatives, but he has done very well since then. Lana and Michael and Stephen have battled a cold and allergies. Michael was started on singulair and seems to be doing much better. Little Lana is still too young so we are doing what we can and limiting her out door time. Overall, the family has been very happy and healthy. Lana still has no teeth and is not crawling yet, but she does love to talk. Probably gets it from her Mother or from my Mom, so she comes by it naturally. I am still so amazed how similar they are in appearance and how far apart they are from a personality standpoint. Lana is showing some preferences for things. She loves eating puffs and yogurt bites and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is her favorite TV show. She still loves her pacifier, and her Big Brother.  I guess the biggest news besides the trips to Knoxville, Memphis, Charlotte, and spending a week with Stephen's mom so we could go to New Orleans, is our ER trip on Easter Sunday. We decided for some odd reason to get Bunk Beds for Michael. He did so well for one week, or should I saw 5 days and then BOOM! I was standing right there and it was my worst fear he went head first off the top bunk after slipping trying to get on the ladder. Luckily, he grabbed hold of the top bunk and totally flipped landing on his booty. I guess he did put his hand down though because he ended up with a buckle fracture in his left arm and now has an arm cast up to his armpit. He is such a trooper though. It's only been one day, but he is getting around with it pretty well, although he has asked me about 15 times when we are going to the doctor to get it taken off. He has to wear it for at least 3 weeks and then hopefully he can have it taken off. The hardest thing is the fact he can't get it wet, so hand sanitizer has become our friend and sponge bathing, ugh. I do hope these three weeks go by fast. I really feel blessed though, it could have been so much worse. Well I hope everyone who reads this is also doing well. Above are several pictures over the last few months which I'm sure is what people care most about. Hopefully it won't take me so long to do this again. Work in progress Blogger.
